CAROLYNE VIELESI

Carolyne Vielesi is a highly accomplished project management expert with over ten years of progressive experience in program management and implementation having worked with nongovernmental and community based projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT). She also holds a Diploma in Community based project planning and management from Kenya Institute of Social Work and Community Development. She has demonstrated the ability to economically empower vulnerable households and provide visionary leadership to multi-cultural teams with special attention to sustainable development and growth. She has extensive experience in negotiation skills with governmental and nongovernmental agencies geared towards improving the social and economic well-being vulnerable groups within communities.
