Dr Sara Koki Muli-Kinagwi

Dr Koki is a medical doctor and public health specialist with over 18 years’ experience currently working as the Kenya Country Director for Global Programs for Research & Training, an international NGO which is a wholly owned and controlled affiliate of University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She has an MBA in Strategic Management and is an alumna of the Afya Bora Consortium fellowship programme in Global Health Leadership.

She has held various other responsibilities over the years such as chairing the board of the Lomidat Slaughterhouse, Lokichoggio, Turkana, chairing the Amref Health Africa tender committee, board member of InterHealth Worldwide East Africa, board member of the Kenya Medical Women’s Association (KMWA), member of several Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and church committees among others.

Some awards and recognition she has received include Business Daily Top 40 under 40 Women in Kenya awardee (2014) and APHIAplus IMARISHA Exemplary Staff of the year (2014).
She is a wife and a mother of two.
