Countless stories of the project’s goodness abound, and one such inspiring tale comes from Flavian Ashley Nekesa, a bright young individual hailing from the Nandafumbwa cluster.

“Allow me to introduce myself. I am Flavian Ashley Nekesa, a thirteen-year-old student currently in eighth grade. Our family, consisting of five members, has been profoundly impacted by the remarkable support and assistance provided by AICCAD. I am immensely proud to share with the world how this project has transformed our lives.

Thanks to my mother’s involvement in the Self-Help Group (SHG) facilitated by AICCAD, pursuing my education has become much easier and more accessible. Through the SHG, my mother can borrow money to cover my school fees, ensuring that I can continue my studies without the burden of financial struggles. The borrowed funds are diligently repaid, allowing other families to benefit from the same opportunities.

One aspect of AICCAD that holds a special place in my heart is its children’s program, which has been instrumental in nurturing my talent for dancing and modeling. I am filled with aspirations to make a name for myself in these creative industries, and the support and guidance provided by AICCAD have been invaluable in honing my skills. I vividly recall the excitement of participating in a thrilling dancing competition held at Kisoko ground on Child World’s Day in 2022. It was an awe-inspiring experience that further fueled my passion.

Beyond the realm of talents, AICCAD’s dedicated teachers instill invaluable knowledge within us, guiding us on how to build strong familial and community relationships. Through their teachings, we learn the importance of discipline and the significance of avoiding negative influences that may hinder our progress. These lessons serve as the building blocks for a brighter future, instilling within us the values necessary to thrive personally and contribute positively to society.
